I'm giving a review for poor response and communication. I left my key and phone inside my apartment and I called their courtesy officer at 6:45 pm 2 times, again at 7:39 pm, once more at 8:30 pm, and then fell asleep in my car. My daughters key for the mail not working! Both TVs in pool area not working! For the rent price-this is unacceptable. I hope my next visit as a father is more reassuring for my daughter before reassessing. Concerned
I have a general pleasant experience in 605 and it is highly recommended. I have lived on 6th floor and did not have bad experience when it comes to neighbors, noise, pests and parking. The valet trash is reliable and on time and if they see problems to your trash they will leave you a note for not picking it up but they wont charge you for it compared to other apartments here in Durham. The only cons living here is the price, fire alarms, interrupted water/ electricity for maintenance.

I lived at 605 West End for two years and the first year my experience was good overall. However, once Willow Bridge and their management team took over, things went downhill relatively quickly. They take much longer to respond to emails and other communications. They give very short notice for inconveniencing processes like carpet cleanings, fire alarm inspections, etc. Also, the fire alarm malfunctions quite often and there were several occasions where it malfunctioned in the middle of the night (between 2-4 am).
