We finally got this sorted out. We are a new Limo company that moved into Phat Cats location. We are not the same company and have all new vehicles. We have Party buses, Limos and Corporate cars.

Hired this company even though was warned by others and regret it. Driver was very rushed even though he was paid hourly. At the end of the night rushed off with my cousins cell phone while music playing off of it as it was connected to the stereo. He denied having it, iPhone finder records showed it on the highway at the time he was heading back but he and management both denied it. I had good experience with this company before, until this year they had totally messed up NOT ONE, but TWO birthdays this year! There was somehow a miscommunication, the bday girl wanted the party bus and got a SUV limo instead with the driver who was 15 minutes late and didn't even give us extra 15minutes after. After that, we were promised the MAXIM, their biggest party bus that fits up to 50 people. So for the 2nd bday, we decided to invite up to 50 people and party in what was expected to be the Maxim. Terrible service; First time they sent us a party bus without music. The second time, they send a limo instead of a party bus, plus the driver Stu was a complete creep making perverted comments. Avoid this company at all costs!
