Wonderful service from the contact when I called. Storage is clean and nice. She did a great job.
Quite literally the only storage company in the area that calls you back. We had an easy and pain free experience renting a unit for several months here in Pittsfield - we would highly recommend 603 Storage and would absolutely use them again in the future!
Rates keep going up. They make you pay for insurance. Calling them is a night mare. 5 optionsand transfers later you may get a person. I suggest shopping around there's better rates around.
They were always wonderful to work with. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were right on it. And very fairly priced for a climate controlled unit. I can recommend them without hesitation.
