Conflicted on the review, overall very satisfied with the unit and the property, but the less than ideal times it was frustrating. Property is practically brand new and clean, spacious, and well lit, the access road out front has seen better days but they can’t help that! They are no longer 24 hour access, and as someone who works third shift, and tries to stay on that schedule, it was frustrating to work around that. I have rented storage places for years all over NH, MA and CT. Worst place so far. Careful with their “First 2 months 50% off”. Terms not clear. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
The person up in Rochester. I had spoken to was very good with the upfront. Information cost finding the location. The distance between where I'm moving to and the location of the storage unit couldn't ask for better service and it only took a few minutes for everything to get done. What highly recommend this company to anyone?And the price is $5060 less than most other places for the size unit.I got very happy
