On what was going to be a weekend of severe cold, our primary radiant heating circulator died. Called 603 OBS and they arrived within a few hours with a replacement circulator. Heat was flowing within the hour. Can't say enough good things about them.
Peter and Kyle provided timely and compassionate service, and were very informative. They took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information I was curious about. They clearly care about and prioritize their customers. Great local business!
We are not people who usually write reviews, but the service that Pete and Kyle offered to us was above and beyond what one would expect. Right from the start they showed up on time!! Phone calls were returned in a timely manner! They made the experience of having to replace our heating system as seamlessly as possible and with total pride taken in their work. Absolutely awesome.
