I finally decided to checkout the 603 BBQ in Concord/Louden NH. Before I start this BBQ is absolutely the best in New England I have found!! Now the story, upon arrival at 1:30pm on a Sunday there was a line if appox 35 people queued to place orders and approx 25 people waiting to pickup their orders. The brisket and mac and cheese were absolutely phenomenal. Definitely worth the wait!
I got brisket and mac and cheese, along with all the sauces to try. All the food is extremely good, definitely the best BBQ I’ve had around New England. The brisket was moist, and I liked the sweet sauce the best. They really like black pepper as a flavor, which is fine with me because I love it too. That in mind, the wait time is onerous.
