Crossed state lines for this wonderful place! We got there before opening and the line was already down to the end of their lot. Waited about 1hr15 to get into the building, another 30 to snake our way through to the order counter, the whole time the owner was out and about checking on customers in line to make sure they still had enough food to cover each persons experience and let me tell you this place was worth every bit. 603 is the best barbecue restaurant in New Hampshire. It is real Texas stial the staff is awesome. But get there early the line gets long fast.
As someone that lived in Texas for over 20 years, I’m very picky about my bbq. Let me tell you, 603 BBQ does not disappoint! It is indeed authentic Texas bbq. What a gem in the middle of NH. We tried a ton of stuff, the sausage and turkey was my favorite and better than many places in Texas. The brisket was tasty, though not quite Lockhart TX good (would absolutely eat it again). Took it to go, but the food was all amazing. Best we've had in awhile in several states.
