While this maybe out of character for her but, Julie started the conversation very rude. "My computer is already off...we're closed... I'm just doing you a favor." (Selling me a part lol.) Then, when she couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was asking and then she snaps at me with "well so what am I doing?, I need a credit card and an order to check the part". I'm a shop, I've never had to give payment info for a part before having someone just put eyes on it to make sure it's in good shape, they're used parts after all.... read more
