The apartments are very small and outdated. Windows are extremely old and drafty. They have proposed replacing the windows but nothing has come of it yet (3 years). The maintenance employees are wonderful and quick to fix the small problems around the apartments. However, when it comes to outdoor maintenance, such as snow removal, they fall extremely short. they regularly raise rent, the apts are thin walled and the very basic of "living" quarters. their "in home laundry is 4 washer and drawers (where the dryers heat has been decreased so you have to do it 2 to 3 times to get your clothes dry, it's a common practice in the city and with slum lord laundry mats) you can hear every neighbor around you, their t.v. whatever they are talking about not knew bit of privacy.they do year leases but ask for a renewal of your lease 4 months into it. all in all I've lived in shelters that a... read more

worst place to rent from. ripped me off on my deposit. horrible with fixing anything. they claimed I didn't clean anything, even though I spent time after work one night scrubbing everything down for the next tenant. these guys are crooks and I would not recommend them.
