I parked in a visitor parking stall in P2, then I walked over to the meter beside the elevator to pay for the parking. As I was operating the meter, I saw on the sign saying that I could pay using their app (hangTag). I know that sometimes paying in an app is cheaper than at the meter, so I then went on my phone and downloaded the app and registered an account.
