Absurd that it’s advertised as 24 hour parking and the garage closes at night without warning. Seems predatory like management is just trying to take advantage of people being forced to pay overnight fees. Avoid.

The fact that they got rid of early bird pricing on Tuesday and Wednesday is not made clear until you're already inside, no real advance notice was provided, and its a little gross that they chose popular, midweek days despite always having capacity.

There has always been early bird pricing... but today $44 !!! to park for 5 hours. They claim they have had signs up that discount pricing is no longer available Tuesday and Wednesday. None of my collogues knew about the increase. Is this extortion because COH is requiring employees to return to the office?!

I park here maybe twice a month. The only garage that i have found so far that has designated motorcycle parking. So I like parking here. However i can never get the sensor to see my bike. Normally someone comes out and is rather nice about it. But today the person was just rather rude and told me I should get a pass. I don’t park often enough for a monthly pass. Not sure how a pass would help if you cannot sense my bike. I thought the update would have accounted for motorcycles.

I've been parking here for over 2 years using the early bird special and I have no idea what's going on recently but the situation here is forcing me and others at JP Morgan to look elsewhere. They've updated their payment systems at the entrances and exits which now adds an extra $1 service fee. Honestly I didn't mind but the software on the new machines is horrendous.
