I have to park here for work and the past year has been horrible exiting the garage. On any standard day it takes 20 minutes to exit and I have had ample times where it has taken 45 minutes-1 hour to exit because of the line that accumulates and POOR traffic control. Fix this issue please!
No parking spots available the garage was full and was charged $10 just to leave & never parked! This is messed up I need to speak with someone ASAP
Absurd that it’s advertised as 24 hour parking and the garage closes at night without warning. Seems predatory like management is just trying to take advantage of people being forced to pay overnight fees. Avoid.
The fact that they got rid of early bird pricing on Tuesday and Wednesday is not made clear until you're already inside, no real advance notice was provided, and its a little gross that they chose popular, midweek days despite always having capacity.
There has always been early bird pricing... but today $44 !!! to park for 5 hours. They claim they have had signs up that discount pricing is no longer available Tuesday and Wednesday. None of my collogues knew about the increase. Is this extortion because COH is requiring employees to return to the office?!
