Really unprofessional, set an appointment . Was never notified anybody wouldn’t be able to make it to me today. Called multiple times and nobody answered . Then when I finally got somebody on the phone they were tryna get smart instead of providing customer service with the issue I had.
I’m a very pleased customer.I did not have to leave work. My windshield was replaced on site. I’m about to get my grandson a replacement. Thanks to 601 I can drive safely.
The service here was top tier!! Jim & Joey were great!! The were diligent, quick and have great personalities!!! Come get your window fix today!!
the service is extremely professional，and the person is particularly nice
I would recommend this place very nice friendly and get the job done and go and above 2 make sure your vehicle look like it was wen it came in but better
