I’ve lived at 600 Goodale for over two years and have had a really positive experience. The property is well-maintained, the common areas are clean, and the location is close to downtown and grandview. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the area.
I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! It’s an excellent place to call home, with beautiful and well-maintained common areas that make the community feel welcoming and comfortable. I especially love having such great spaces to relax and enjoy outside of my apartment. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend this community to others!
The property management company on this property coastal Ridge is difficult to work with. The maintenance department takes days to get issues resolved and always has excuses.
Stayed here for 1.5 years. Everyone was super nice and great. Josh at maintenance was super attentive and great with whatever needed to be fixed.
