The building is well‑maintained and professionally managed with 24/7 support. My suite had great city views from the balcony and the interior was clean and tastefully designed. The amenities blew me away: fitness center, games room, lounge, secure bike storage, and underground parking. Best of all, it’s pet‑friendly—huge plus for dog owners! Recommend it wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and well‑run rental in downtown Vancouver.
