I love living here. This is my favorite place I've ever rented. The staff is super friendly. Maintenance is great.I am so happy that I chose this place to be my home. You won't regret choosing 60 west!! FIVE STARS hands down!
Nice place but they’re a little over the top with your pets. They got people going around taking pictures to see if you’re collecting poop in their cars. Little over the top for me, keeping your grounds clear is one thing but taking pictures and spying on your tenants another
It’s extremely convenient clean and the staff is unbelievably helpful and nice. I love where I live.
They get an extra star just because when I did live here I enjoyed it. But no everything has gone downhill tremendously, they want me to sign 3 release of apartment forms and send it to them and each one cost 55 dollars to get notarized. So when I finally called them they didn't care. Well guess what I had a lawyer for the first situation as to why I left Missouri and now my lawyer is fighting for me to get myself off the lease.
