I've been a customer here for years, which is why this review matters. Over the last several months, service has steadily declined - slower turnaround, misplaced items, and repeated requests to "come back later" because orders couldn't be found. It's a shame how much this business has gone downhill, i gave them a suit, a shirt, a bow tie and a vest, i then explained to them that I was getting ready for my best friends Wedding, and I needed it by the end of the year, absolutely no notice of closing early on new year's eve. Then, when I set my fiance the day before the wedding to collect the dry cleaning, i received my vest, my suit back, but did not receive the bow tie and somebody else's shirt. a good pressing is part of the job. I find that they do a bad job pressing clothes that are a different material than your standard permanent press or cotton. I brought in 3 article of clothing, and 2 out of 3...they did a poor job pressing.
