They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility. These guys do not deserve anyone's business.
They will scam you. They charged me $137 for 24 hours and 40 minutes. The parking lot worker won’t even talk to you and will hold your car until you pay.
I wish I had read Stephen's review below, before I parked here yesterday. I was also charged the over-sized fee when I don't have an over-sized car (RAV4). Same exact thing - argued with the guy about it, which is futile because of course he's not going to hand over your car until you pay him whatever price he is demanding. I did mention that I work right around the corner, that I could have been a loyal customer for years to come (think of the lost revenue, man!), and furthermore that I am a great tipper.
