Never fix or clean washing machine. About 50 ppl live in this apt , only 2 washing machine and both of them stinks bc the management never washes it regularly, and one of the washing machine is broken and it has been 2 months but NOBODY FIXES IT! And that one has cigarette stain but management only cares about decorating the outside of Apt to trick poor innocent ppl!

Don't rent with RedPeak! I live at the 60 Corona apartment building and have had major back-to-back issues since I moved in just four months ago. Including: no heat, no hot water multiple times, no water at all, cold showers, ant problem, broken washing machine, no snow removal despite the lease stating that they are responsible for snow removal, and it took over a month for me to get access to my mailbox after they did not give me a mailbox key upon move in.
