I’ve had a great experience here at 60 Corona over the past two years! The leasing office has been incredibly helpful Chloe Conner was truly fabulous during my sight-unseen move-in during 2023, and Shay Hopewell, Operations Manager, has been absolutely wonderful as we prepare to move over to 10 S Penn, another RedPeak property. Definitely a wonderful place to live as a single person or DINK couple Close to Cherry Creek, Wash Park, Downtown, and Cap Hill. Never fix or clean washing machine. About 50 ppl live in this apt , only 2 washing machine and both of them stinks bc the management never washes it regularly, and one of the washing machine is broken and it has been 2 months but NOBODY FIXES IT! And that one has cigarette stain but management only cares about decorating the outside of Apt to trick poor innocent ppl!

Don't rent with RedPeak! I live at the 60 Corona apartment building and have had major back-to-back issues since I moved in just four months ago. Including: no heat, no hot water multiple times, no water at all, cold showers, ant problem, broken washing machine, no snow removal despite the lease stating that they are responsible for snow removal, and it took over a month for me to get access to my mailbox after they did not give me a mailbox key upon move in.
