Tynel is exceptionally kind and thorough in assisting tenants. Her support is greatly appreciated and I will certainly miss her. Regarding the apartments, while they're not fancy, they have the essentials at a reasonable price. Providing good value especially considering the area.
Do not live here! I’ve been living here for 10 months without ever signing a lease, which already felt unusual. When I moved in, the unit was not move-in ready — there was no water, no working toilets, and no appliances installed. The leasing agent at the time had to leave right before I moved in due to a family emergency. She told me about her nephew being murdered and shared the details. These people have the Jesus Christ on a bikes audacity to put a false claim on my credit report stating I was evicted THIS MONTH Jan/2025 when I have never even LIVED at a place called Melrose 60. They don't answer their phones they say you can text but jokes on me because they ignore that too. I have disputed their fraudulent report on my credit report I'm about to file identity theft against Melrose 60 and I'm going to bring my kids to their office so they can explain how their lies have caused us to be homeless living in ... read more
