Went to get the bbq they had running the kitchen our server barely spoke above a whisper and messed up our drink order. To make matters worse the food was cold and it cost almost $200 for four people with only 3 drinks.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was disappointing. I ordered a chicken dish and politely explained that I do not eat bone-in chicken. It the menu said chicken skewers so I assumed it was boneless. The server was understanding, but the manager's response was surprisingly unprofessional. Instead of simply discussing replacement options, she told me that the kitchen had spent a lot of time preparing the dish and that it would have to be thrown away. Drinks are solid. Food is absolutely incredible (and the only reason I continue to come here despite the negatives). The service is awful. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for drinks and at least 30 for food. They also bring food out as it’s ready rather than all together. My boyfriend had to sit and watch me eat for 15 minutes before he got his food. The food is so amazing though that we put up with poor service. If service was good this place would be unstoppable!!
