There is a No Refund Policy! Don’t Stay There!! The office has a moldy smell. We ended up going up and getting a room because we were tired. When we walked in the room, it smelled like they had sprayed for roaches. The bathroom was so outdated. It was just so nasty. I don’t see how they get away with being have to be monitored and all. They should have to pull up all the carpet and deep clean the floors before they put new carpet down. Bobby left the key on the bed and we left. He said we wasn’t staying in that.

The manager at the 6 & 40 is impossible to deal with and does not speak sufficient English to effectively communicate with customers. He can be seen wearing the same clothing for days in a row. Upon our arrival the telephone advertised on the sign was broken and one of the drawers was left filled with old candy stuck to the bottom and sunflower seed shells.
Disgusting!!! I asked for more toilet paper and the office manager/ housekeeper told me to wipe with my hands, forget about clean sheets and towels! We had to wash our own. Cigarette burns in carpets and bedspreads smells horrible! Stains all over. Bed looked like it was made by a toddler. Dust and filth all over everything! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. The room was disgusting, and filthy, the sheets were "see thru" The owner or whatever he was is a pervert, and his wife a freak--run, don't walk
