I’ve been trying to be more consistent with strength training, so I checked out 5X Fitness Lounge. I liked the range of equipment because I could work different muscle groups without having to change my entire routine. I spent most of the session focusing on weights and left feeling like I got a productive workout in. It’s a good place to consider if you’re looking to take your training a little more seriously and want access to equipment beyond what you might have at home.

5X Fitness Lounge is a great place to train if you're looking for top-end equipment, excellent trainers, and looking to avoid large crowds. I traveled across town and skipped many other places to workout with Tyrell. It's absolutely worth it. 5X Fitness Lounge is a fantastic gym. They have great trainers with new, modern, clean equipment. If you're looking for a place to work out where you don't have to fight crowds, get in a fantastic workout with innovative trainers, you definitely want to try 5X.
