Gina is an excellent physical therapist and also offers dry needling at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this facility.
Gym is great, very clean. I’ve been working out with Raja and can see and feel progress. He creates new exercises each time, which keeps it challenging. 10/10 recommend.
5X is the epitome of having it all without the large crowds. They have everything you would ever need here and I never have to wait for a machine. They also offer a variety of different modalities like sauna, cold plunge and IV therapy which sets them apart from anything I’ve seen. The more consistent I've been, the more drastic the changes I've noticed. I can't recommend this place enough!
Just finished a workout at 5X Fitness Longs in Boca Raton, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The facility is spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. The workout environment is motivating, and I loved the energy throughout my session. Definitely one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had—highly recommend it to anyone looking to crush their fitness goals.
