I live in Windsor, ON, Canada and a dear friend of the family living in Courtenay, BC passed away on Dec 21st suddenly from a embolism in the heart. Being Christmas and very busy and with so little time to prepare Simone at 5th Street was so empathetic and understanding and acted so professionally and Debbie quickly designed for us a beautiful sympathy bouquet. The cost was very reasonable and I recommend them to the whole world. Great job!

As a first-time customer, I felt their attitude was quite warm and sincere. Although there were some discrepancies and misunderstandings with the order, and the order I received charged me extra money, the staff was willing to return it as a gift card, which showed a sense of responsibility towards the customer.
