I am in Winnipeg and wanted flowers for family in Courtenay. Called and told them what I wanted as the main flowers and my budget. The woman was absolutely wonderful! She checked to be sure that she had stock of what I wanted, offered great suggestions for secondary flowers. She texted me photos of the finished product, which I can see are very fresh, large blooms and huge bouquet. Delivery scheduled for exact time I requested. I am in Ontario and have been trying to order flowers for my manager in BC as her little doggo just crossed the rainbow. I ordered from Blossom flowers and 4 hour flowers. Both were horrible and cancelled on me and didn't event tell me. After a google maps search, I found a few in the Merville area. I called 5th Street Florist and spoke to Linzi who was FABULOUS and so incredibly helpful. She was able to find the delivery address and was able to get them to my manager the same day. I live in Windsor, ON, Canada and a dear friend of the family living in Courtenay, BC passed away on Dec 21st suddenly from a embolism in the heart. Being Christmas and very busy and with so little time to prepare Simone at 5th Street was so empathetic and understanding and acted so professionally and Debbie quickly designed for us a beautiful sympathy bouquet. The cost was very reasonable and I recommend them to the whole world. Great job!
