Equipment is frequently broken and damaged. My car was never cleaned properly and vacuums were lacking enough sucking power to get carpets cleaned.

Put five bucks in for a four dollar car wash got a quarter back then car wash wouldn't work. Called for a refund or car wash code.....no reply..... imagine that.
