One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Everyone is super positive and supportive. The trainers are great and motivating. I haven't felt this good working out in a long time! I highly recommend 5th Row to everyone!

Fantastic gym, trainers and community at 5th Row! The group workouts are challenging, safe, effective and tailored to your level and needs. A great mix of both beginners and experienced lifters of all ages, and everyone supports each other. Expert trainers encourage you to push yourself to build your strength within healthy limits, while ensuring proper form and spotting on free weights.
