Come here all the time after switching from a location on w Main Street. Love the atmosphere and all the techs. They are consistent with their work and will remember you each visit. Also they stay open the latest and are open throughout the week. They welcome walk ins even right before close. Great place!
Where do I start… My service was less than relaxing or professional to lay the least. Several cuts to my cuticles and what I believe to be a fractured thumb. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Had to wait 25-30 mins after my appointment time. Never offered a drink. Not a deal breaker, but they offered other people drinks. Then the nail tech oddly did not want to give me a full set, though that’s what I booked and asked for. She kept trying to justify just a fill instead. I finally just gave in and let her do the fill instead. She did a sloppy job on my nail art and the color is uneven.
