Tommy is the best! He manages the salon very well, and makes sure the client is happy with their service. The salon is good at getting the customer quickly to the nail technician in a timely manner. I highly recommend this salon.
Update: Like an idiot I broke two nails just after checking out. Thankfully, I was still in the area and stopped back in the salon. They so kindly put tips on my two broken nails and matched them with my others. I would have gladly compensated them for the trouble but they wouldn’t let me. How kind!! That’s going above and beyond in my opinion! They are and will remain my go to!! Took me a while to find the right fit for me after relocating from Chicago. But so far very happy here. The best!!! I've been coming here for years. I drive from Franklin bc it's worth it for the service and expertise! Tommy is who I see, but everyone is amazing and so friendly!
