Put this way, my new bike has spent more time sitting in their mechanics bay then I have riding it. In over a year I have barely managed 5k miles and this is supposed to be my daily driver.
Sales staff is nice and helpful until after the sale is made, then you can't even get a hello anymore. Parts and services is a joke. They never have any accessories for the bikes they sell, if you do order parts you end up having to call them to find out if the parts have arrived, same problem if your having the bike worked on. If you leave your bike be ready for it to sit and collect dust for weeks before they look at it, then they charge you for a new battery because they destroyed it. One star is the minimum to select. totally dissatisfied. Took me three months to schedule a recall service, wasn't contacted back till complaining to manufacture' customer relations, when they finally called to schedule needed recall service I was told I have to wait almost another four months for the next available slot as their schedule is busy.

Looked at the boat show and saw what I wanted. Drove over and met with the salesman and they treated us like people should. 30 min later filling out paperwork and took her home. Great people. Financing was just as easy. Great guy. Will by from again.
