I did a Six Week Fitness Challenge at 5EW and it was great. The two semi PT sessions per week were fun, snappy, well considered and I loved training with Woody and Tim (who I did most of my classes with). The clientele are really varied and not intimidating, the gym has a great vibe and it’s never too busy. Would highly recommend!
Sad to say I had a bad experience. Found you on google you were offering a 1 hr free training session, assisted, just to be greated with a 30 mins business chat about just sales. Not a single question about me or my goals or history. I became a number and you were disappointed of my availability and term I wanted to sing "you should have told me first you just have 3 weeks". Fantastic gym with the most welcoming team and vibe. Excellent PT’s too and never crowded! Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to improve/start a journey in a really inclusive way
