Horrible service. Had my car for over 3 weeks to fix a cracked head and do general maintenance. Chris stated he was pretty sure it was just a leaking gasket. Then it turned into having my fuel pump replaced and then a cylanoid replaced because he had installed it wrong. Long story short, I had to take it to a mechanic in Raleigh and pay 4 grand because it was in worse shape than before I took it to chris. Turns out it was a cracked head and frayed belt. Don't waste your time or money here
Mom and pop type vibe really takes care of the customer not just trying to get a quick buck legit informs you of the issues and the best way that they feel will resolve the problem you are having with your vehicle can get a busy where you might have to wait an extended period of time but that is expected when your doing good business and everyone is going to you to service their vehicle
My husband and I took our car here in hopes that they would repair it. They really messed our car up. They cut pieces that weren't meant to be cut. They put stuff on backwards. Our car was worse when we got out then when we turned it in. We took it to another mechanic and they can not understand what 5th dimension auto was thinking. We will not be going back and we will tell everyone about our experience there. 300 dollars wasted.
