For a company that claims to be “parking technology” it’s terrible. Why can I only book until 6am the following day? I would’ve parked at the Hilton but the valet was full. So now after a long day of traveling I’m waking up at 5:30am to put more money on the meter? Come on.
HORRIBLE APP AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. Limited options, the app and website suck. Arrived at Midnight - staying across the street at the Hilton for 1 night. I wanted to pay for 3+ hour parking but both the app and the physical machine did not give me the option to select this option. I was only given the option”Overnight option”. So I reserved it, then when I tried to go online and modify my reservation to increase my hours, I’m unable to modify it. I call the phone number, the teller is also unable to modify it. Convenient parking across the street from the Hilton. You have to download an app. But way cheaper than the valet at the Hilton.
