Then when you file an appeal, they ask for a copy of your receipt and ticket but only allow 1 document upload. Good luck if you don't have access to a printer. Most frustrating parking experience in Seattle.
Solid downtown place to park. It's 24/7, well lit and with parking attendants walking by from time to time. Unlike other parkings in downtown Seattle, this one has the least chance of your car getting broken into. I used the spot hero app and had 0 issues parking here. Will park again when needed.
they gave me a 190$ ticket for parking here for two hours without paying because their app was not working.
