I had a bad experience with these guys and would not recommend. My rug was cleaned fine but the customer service was really bad and there's so many other places that could do the same work and NOT make you feel sketched out. I was quoted $140 to have my rug picked up and cleaned. The technician came and recommended a $450 deep clean which I declined. He said if I wanted it to be $140 he would bring the steamer up into my apartment and clean it on the spot - I had to work so I couldn't do that. He told me there would be a can... read more

5th Ave Carpet Cleaning was incredibly responsive and did an excellent job. They even came the very next day to clean three rugs and three carpets. I’ll definitely use them again!
