This shop was either incompetent, or deliberately deceptive, while handling my car. I ran out of fuel due to a faulty gauge, and I thought it was more serious so I had my vehicle towed here. They told me they put 4 gallons of gas in, but that it was still running rough, and that I needed to get the fuel pump replaced. In reality, they put at most half a gallon in, despite charging me for four (see attached, 20gal tank). After filling it up, it's ran fine, and I've driven it ~500 miles since without issue. I came for a smog check and it was such a pleasant experience. I've never had a more pleasant experience while getting a smog. So worth the drive up from near SDSU. I'm glad I could get it to coincide with errands I needed to do in North County.
