By far the worse moving experience I ever had. Showed up 4 hours later than the original time we scheduled because someone called off. I was scheduled to have 3 movers, I had actually got 2 movers and the third was the dispatcher( still charge me for 3). She was taking calls during my move. All around terrible communication. Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). My mother and I had an incredible experience working with Nita and her team. Nita was thoughtful, kind, and sensitive to our specific needs. Her team handled all of our belongings with the utmost care, as if they were their own. Each item, including heirloom china from my great grandmother, was expertly packed and we had no issues with broken items upon unpacking. Most painless move yet! Nita and the 5Star Pack and Move team were super communicative, highly experienced, and well prepared for our move. They moved everything out of the house (often picking up our slack in packing) and into the storage unit efficiently, ensuring that the unit remained functional and accessible. Couldn’t recommend them more!

If I could leave 6 stars I would! We moved from Midtown to Fairburn. I hate moving but 5 Star made it a great, efficient experience. They came on time, got right to business and most importantly took great care of our stuff! They also put together everything they took apart very swiftly which was impressive. The move only took a few hours and the price was very fair and competitive with other companies. Very satisfied and we highly recommend !!!
