Today, I started my 3rd week of training with Trainer Patrick and I am very pleased with the consistency of the workouts, especially his remembering my health issues when devising a workout plan for me. Thank You, Trainer Patrick.
Started in December after postpartum and I have definitely seen major results. I am able to come in early in the morning and still have time to get my children ready for school plus go to work. If you are a parent you know how important it is to have routine in your schedule. Overall no complaints, they focus on your target areas and hold you accountable. I am definitely feeling like myself again I would highly recommend!
