Lived here for 3 years. Great amenities. One of the best gyms I’ve seen. Clean/updated units (opened 2021). Management is actually pleasant and easy to work with.. unlike most 99% of rental building management companies out there! They answer emails and phone calls really quickly and are always willing to help. Parking right in the building in the basement. Best view of east Manhattan and LIC I’ve ever seen. It’s stunning, especially at night and sunset. The concierge staff are very kind and I felt very secure. They greet you and are very upbeat. I always feel safe here. The amenities are great. I’ve experience a few amenities here. The neighbors are friendly, and some of them have become my acquaintances. Review of 5POINTZ PETZ, the daycare and grooming services located in basement of building. We couldn't have been more happy with the love and care our dog received at 5pointz Petz from all of the staff. Our dog would beg to go to daycare every day to see his favorite people (Stanley, Brittney, and Michelle) as well as play with all of the toys, obstacles, and pool on hot summer Fridays. We especially were grateful for the attention received if our dog ever appeared sick or injured. We have since moved so we will miss 5POINTZ... read more

This building offers stunning views of Midtown and an impressive gym, but unfortunately, it falls short in other areas. Despite its appearance, the quality of construction and management feels subpar, far from what you would expect in a luxury residence. The atmosphere is a strange mix, with a significant presence of both Asian trust fund tenants and affordable housing occupants. My husband and I lived in 5 Pointz for about three years. We absolutely loved our time there. The location is fantastic, the staff is great, and the apartment itself was beautiful. Anytime we had an issue in the apartment and put in a request, maintenance was there within the hour. We found the side street to be perfect for walking our dog. We lived on the 18th floor and our views were gorgeous. All around great living experience!
