He was very organized, thoughtful and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. He helped us think of creative solutions to problems we presented with our timelines, was available for questions and correspondence whenever we reached out, was prompt and always ready to help. Horrible management. Someone called Robert is very rude. I was refused any help. I understand rules are rules but he’s completed lack of professionalism. I see he pretended to be nice so people can tip him for the holidays.

Lived here from 2024-2025. Don’t sign if you want to use any amenities other than the pool and gym. Arcade machines were constantly broken, and poker room is not available for use even if you pay the $100/month amenity fee. Apartment was okay but expensive for what it is. Also, if you lock yourself out, you have to pay up to $100 to just have your door unlocked with a fob (literally no other place in LIC does this, and 99% of buildings will just lend you a key).
