Packages take forever to process after being delivered. They have to text you to come pick it up and it takes 4+ hours to process. The workers are either slow or severely understaffed. Management- DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
We went here for an apartment tour and were immediately turned off by how unprofessional the leasing office was. The young lady at the front desk of the leasing office was very rude, ruining our impression of the building at once. She clearly doesn’t care if the units get leased or not — she just talked with her colleague about how she wants to get off work at 4pm. Even though I take full responsibility for forgetting my key, the way the front desk handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. After explaining that I had already paid my rent and simply needed assistance getting back into my apartment, I was refused any help and forced to spend the entire night in the lobby. The staff member on duty was rude, cold, and dismissive, and their tone included racially charged remarks that made the experience not only frustrating but deeply hurtful. I’ve met nicer front desk people at a homeless shelter for drug addicts. These guys suck… especially the bald headed guy with an accent - so utterly rude
I recently had a tour with my clients with Joseph. He was incredibly attentive and answered all questions that me and my clients had! He is professional and very kind - he has knowledge about the surrounding area and the building which made it an easy choice for my clients to decide to move into the building. The building is immaculate given all the amenities offered! I highly recommend if you are interested to rent at 5pointz to reach out to Joseph!
