They started off being helpful. I fully intended to buy a bumper from them. They just ghosted. Stopped answering the phone. Stopped texting. No responses at all to cell phones or business phone. I needed that bumper. I Intended to purchase in person the next day. They ghosted me. So I ordered it from someone else.
