Not sure if its because we are african American I was asked to fill the app out and submit paystubs I did just that for me and my aunt we met the guidelines for renting but my paystubs which were the most important were over looked and the decision was made we wernt qualified. Upon speaking with Sharon she admitted to not seeing my stubs and unfortunately they rented the property already. Very accommodating and friendly landlords with nicely kept properties. I received my full security deposit back without issue.

Bill and Sharon are very friendly and easy to communicate with, they get back to you as soon as possible. They are very understanding, so they always try to work something out that will benefit both parties. Overall, they’re pretty good landlords.

Family run business, extremely responsive and flexible in working with good tenants! Houses are clean and affordable too!
