I love Kiara and Dai. They’re both amazing stylists who always do an incredible job. The service is great, the wait time is super short, and I’m always in and out with my hair looking perfect. Their work is consistent and professional every single time! Highly recommend!

So unprofessional. The first time I went to her, she started my appointment nearly 45 minutes late and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. I decided to give her another try. Because it’s hard finding a good hairstylist so I booked this appointment for my birthday hair two months in advance. I booked a sew-in appointment with Dai for a wedding I was in. She told me I could buy hair at the salon, but failed to advise ordering it in advance until 2 days before my appointment, and by then it was already sold out. Then, she cancelled on me the day of my appointment/the wedding and didn’t even suggest other stylists who might be able to take me.
