I have been going here for years but this time it was apparently under new ownership and thongs are different. I was taking to a room given no instructions on what to do once she dropped me in room and left. Once she returned there was no questions asked to me about pressure or anything. There was definitely a communication barrier. Most of the massage was ok but she was putting a lot of pressure into it which has now left me in more pain then I started in. The whole vibe was just very uncomfortable for me.
Went here today out of desperation. The massage itself was average. the facility was clean and nice. My reviews are based on 2 things. 1) I’ve gotten MANY massages. Never have I ever had any therapist remove the covers in the way this therapist did. Too much of my body was exposed for too long. 2) the massage therapist told me that my face was young and nice but my body was too fat. I have had lots iof massages before this and this felt like a violation. She kept trying to pull my underwear down while keeping me uncovered. Moments after the massage started, she cracked the door open while I was down to my underwear with the covers off. Who does that? The lady was nice, but she is not a licensed. I can tell by her technique. I should have read the comments prior to trying this place. The room was was not the cleanest either. I have concerns.
I had an amazing 60 minute massage with Ivanna. She was very knowledgeable about the muscles of the back, and take extra care on my problem areas (neck, shoulder blades) She incorporated hot stones and hot towels and listened to my concerns. She adjusted pressure when asked and was very professional. I would highly recommend seeing Ivanna at this location, she made me feel so relaxed!!
Great massage with Hanna! She has been helping me with chronic pain issues in my lower back. First time I’ve actually felt relief after years of trying different therapies and medications. It’s not just one visit, you have to dedicate consistent visits to help. I highly recommend her services!
