Steve and Shae are amazing trainers who are very welcoming.Their personal touch by knowing every members name who walks through the door makes you feel valued not just a number like other gyms. Everyone is welcoming and supportive of each other. No egos here Each day is a different workout from strength to cardio to conditioning that is suited to all fitness levels plus they offer personal training.

You couldn’t have picked a worse location. Right next to a relaxation facility that’s been there a lot longer than you and all you can hear whilst trying to relaxing is the constant thumping and dropping weights. Very inconsiderate.
