Colt was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that he was honest about the sale of my house and was not pushy. While I chose not to accept a cash offer at this time, I did think the offer was very reasonable. Actually it was more than I had expected. So I would recommend than anyone considering selling, give 5E Real Estate a call. You might be surprised.
