Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. I suffer from joint issues, hyper mobility and chronic pain. The relief I felt by the time our session was done was immeasurable. Not only did she meticulously work out my specific problem areas and keep checking in with me to see how I was feeling through the process, she also took the time to teach me specific stretches to help alleviate pain and tension in specific joints during a flare up. I cannot emphasize enough, the expertise that Natalie brings to her practice. If you are in need of a feel good experience, she is the ticket. If, however, you are in search of someone who understands the body and it’s intricacies; who understands where and how your pain can be managed and improved, you have found your therapist.
