This parking lot is well-maintained and easy to access. There are plenty of spaces available, and the layout allows for smooth traffic flow. The lighting is adequate for visibility at night, and the pavement is in good condition with no major potholes or cracks. The lot is conveniently located near Save On Foods, making it a practical option for parking. Snow removal in the winter is handled efficiently, and there are enough cart returns placed throughout the area. Overall, it serves its purpose well with no major issues.
Nice, clean, underground lot, and great value, for U.B.C., as you can park all day for $9. My only issue is with the way the ticket dispenser is set up: the signs say the first two hours are free, implying you can park longer and just pay the difference. In reality, the free rate is for up to two hours; if you wish to park for longer, you have to pay for the first two hours, as well. Still, I've been using this lot regularly, and would recommend it to others.
Do not overlook the underground parking. made our visit to UBC Farm for Feast and Field a pleasure.
Overpriced parking as expected of Impark which is known for being a borderline scam artist company. Don’t pay their unfair tickets. If you’re afraid they might tow you for repeated offences, you can change your license plate through ICBC for free once a year.
