The service received from (Royal Breeze,) was outstanding. The tech arrived and without delay performed all the necessary task to get my AC unit up & running. Although I will soon need a brand new AC unit, I'm thankful and grateful for cool air here and now. Thank you Royal Breeze and Staff for your dedication and hard work.
Ok, it's quite a story, so stick with me. So, I needed an entire Heating/ AC unit, I also wanted to replace all my ducts, and add 2 more ducts and 1 return. Not only did I need to replace the unit, but it had to be relocated due to it being out of code in it's current location. Royal Breeze came and gave me a estimate along with 3 other companies. Kevin answered my call and immediately helped me troubleshoot the issue over FaceTime, walking me through how to safely shut it off until it could be repaired.
