I could not recommend a gym more to anyone- I decided to start going a month ago and I am so happy I did. Amy is amazing to say the least and is so knowledgeable, plus the folks that attend are also very friendly and helpful especially when you are new. If I could give more stars I would!!
Hands down this is the best gym around! Amy is an amazing trainer! The 589 community is so welcoming and fun and it’s been awesome to watch everyone get stronger and lift heavier. If you’re thinking about going to the gym definitely give 589 a try you won’t be disappointed!

I started attending classes at 589 Fitness & Wellness approximately 5 months ago. This isn’t just a gym, but a family. The group of people that are a part of 589 are amazing. They support and motivate you every step of the way throughout your fitness journey. I never thought going to the gym could be so comfortable.
