The process of getting the unit was super simple and easy. There was a fast turnaround time to getting the unit and the owner is very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
I have rented a large unit for the last two years from 581 South Storage and have nothing but good things to say about this company. The units are clean and in great shape. I felt my stuff was not only secure from somebody getting into my stuff, but also from having to worry about a bunch of bugs. The company is ran very smoothly. If I ever had any questions I could text or call and have a timely response. The automated payments are handy and easy to change. I highly recommend!!

After searching Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas for a car storage, 581 South Storage was worth the wait. A newer facility in a great area with an outstanding owner. Don, the owner was very professional, kind, and understanding. I called the facility and actually spoke to Don, who was onsite. I got a price and was able to signup on the spot.
