I thought my cooling fan was broke in my laptop. They ordered one. After opening it up they discovered it was only unhooked. They coulda replaced it and charged me for it. They didn't. They hooked it back up didnt charge me anything. They did the right thing. I really appreciate it!

Sold my husband an older version iPhone he has no idea how to use we are android ppl he brought in a new phone to get help to get to work his fault he couldn't remember pass word so instead they sell him the iPhone and of course doesn't have a clue about $200 later he went back next day no return policy I tried to ask if there was anything else they could do about it wife wasn't even gonna discuss anything else about it so in turn my husband's problem now.
