The BEST experience ever! From the start of the project to the end of the project, Sam, Alex, Charlie, and the installation crew led by Jhonny, were professional, responsive and flexible. I must have fiddled with the final design at least five times! And the finished product, OMG, looks amazing! And I've already started filling the shelves with my LPs. I cannot recommend 57th Street Bookcase enough!
The Evanston location has closed permanently. They have not updated their website. If you want to keep your customers, update your website please.
Despite great reviews and a compelling instagram page, the company is unresponsive. I engaged and received a quick response to send over details of my project 2 months ago. I sent a detailed write up with pictures and a general vision of what we are looking for. Sam and his colleagues at 57th Street Bookcase and Cabinet were essential to our comfortable transition from our house to a vintage apartment. They built beautiful bookcases, sensitively tailoring the details of molding and baseboards to the architecture of two rooms.
