Refuses to refund for incomplete service. I paid in full for my entire vehicle to be tinted on August 15th. I changed my mind on the percentage of tint I wanted in my windshield so he was unable to complete it that day. On August 27th I requested a refund for the windshield due to unavailability on both of our ends. I have yet to receive my refund of over $100 and he has not replied to me since September 9th.
