As with many other customers 57 Auto proved to be untrustworthy and when I went there for a repair the company failed to do it properly and overcharged me. The owners admitted their incompetence by lack of denial after I contacted them but still have refused to provide a refund. 57 Auto is shameless in its incompetence and lack of honesty.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Sold a truck with a rusted out frame, promised to fixed a the A/C and 4x4 completely didn’t fix one and put a bandage on the other which lasted just long enough it made it not his problem after the 30 days. Will lie and cheat you brake promised and all his cars have been title washed “ salvage or fluid and he changed states to make them better” if you want to waste your money this is the place!

I purchased a ford truck from Agawam Auto Sales. After the purchase I learned that the truck had a salvage title that had been “washed.” At the time of purchase the title was normal. The truck passed inspection at Jiffy Lube, even with a badly rusted frame. I brought it to a mechanic who said the truck should never have passed inspection. Bought a Prius here almost a year ago and had a great buying experience. Unlike others who have bought from this dealer and complain about repairs soon after, I took the time to properly look the car over and determine if it was suitable for my needs. Because of this the car I puchased has been running without issue despite having 220,000 miles. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Stop blaming the dealer if you cant figure out how to buy a car yourself first.

I purchased a 09 lexus is250 from here about a year ago. Ever since ive had nothing but issues with it. Its been back to back parts failing or causing issues with the car. I was told that certain things would be fixed upon pickup but they never were. There is no way anything was ever gone through on this car before pickup or inspected or anything.
